KENYA FIFA BAN : URGENT PROTEST NOTE.

Dear Mr. President, we the Kenya and Africa Football fans believe that all the adversity we have had in our soccer fields, all our troubles and obstacles, have strengthened us. FIFA may not realize it when it happens, but a kick in the teeth may be the best thing in the world for FIFA.

We Kenyan and African fans fully support the Kenya Government and have never let our memories be greater than our dreams, It’s on this basis believe that the future is worth it, all the pain, all the tears, the future is worth the fight.

Five years ago, 25^th February 2018 President Uhuru Kenyatta had a memorable experience with the golden Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) World Cup trophy valued at around Sh 1 Billion when he officially received the glittering trophy being the third time the World Cup trophy was touring the Kenya. Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Chief Executive Nick Mwendwa, on his part, assured football fans that Kenya Harambee Stars will qualify for the 2022 World Cup finals, urging the Government to support the federation in its efforts.

We Kenyans and friends of football worldwide believe that someone who cannot sacrifice anything cannot change something, we support the Kenya Government in its quest of overhauling the entire FKF.

We Africans believe that one of the most beautiful qualities of true friendship is to understand and to be understood, since the country failed to qualify in any national or regional tournaments, rampant cases of financial mismanagement, chest thumping and total unprofessional mishandling of football activities countrywide by disbanded FKF, any calls by FIFA to reinstate FKF will attest that FIFA established in 1904 plus its governing rules, is a colonial entity that ought to be reviewed to align with  fans and supporters aspirations in different continents.

The Kenya ban issued 25^th February 2022, FIFA states that Kenya to be reinstated to the purported FIFA good books, the corrupt tainted, disgraced and disbanded Football Kenya Federation (FKF) and its secretariat must be reinstated and the government Football Kenya Federation Caretaker Committee disbanded, this demand is uncalled for and must be treated with contempt it deserves by all.

We African and East African football lovers believe it’s better to conquer our grief than to deceive it, we support Kenya Government stance and intervention and are ready to take the hard route. We believe that it’s okay if we fall down and lose our spark, we stand with government to make sure that when we get back up, we will rise as the power house we are in sporting field worldwide.

Dear FIFA displinary committee make up your minds that no matter what comes our way, no matter how difficult, no matter how unfair, one day Africa countries we will thrive in spite of hardship, unequal  and unfavorable representation in all spheres of FIFA process and programs.

Taking cognizant that if the country gets indefinite FIFA ban, everything will not be lost if we are banned because we will use this opportunity to correct the mess that is in our football management. We demand players, teams and African Countries respected and their quest embraced. Therefore demand that:-

1. That 54 Members Africa representation in World Cup is (6 Countries) unfairly and deliberately un proportional to i.e Europe which has a 27 Membership represented by 12 Countries. Thus demand review and fair play in continents representation.

2. Africa with a 54 Country FIFA Membership, have its own internal rules guiding Africa Teams in-dependent of Fifa.

 3. If FIFA is having trouble changing its habits, the problem isn't Kenyan Government Intervention, the problem is its system. Bad habits repeating themselves again and again not because FIFA don't want to change, but because it has the wrong system for change.

4. That if at all an action will be taken against Kenya Government  let it be consumerate to Kenya annual league financial reward, that is a penalty of not  more than Ksh 5 Million (US$ 45,454.55)

5. We ultimately believe there will be fresh FKF elections in accordance with the reforms the Kenya government through Parliament is keen to see implemented, in tandem with FKF and FIFA's reviewed constitutions.

We the People of Africa reinstate that if the above prayers will NOT be addressed before Qatar World Cup event dated Monday 21^st November 2022.African Fans from all continents anticipate to engage Multinational companies sponsoring FIFA to withdraw their sponsors and partners and if they stay glued a massive online smear campaigns.
