REF: AFRICAN RISING PARTICIPANTS PETITION TO THE AFRICAN UNION COMMISSION.

We the undersigned, Citizens of various Africa Countries being.

Signatories of this petition participating in ALL AFRICAN MOVEMENTS ASSEMBLY 2022 #AAMA taking place in Arusha, dated 29^th -31^st August 2022, taking place in the Republic of Tanzania, emphatically raise several issues our various African countries citizens, forefathers, freedom fighters collectively fought for:

The African Union Treaties, Conventions, protocols and charters emphazises the people of Africa are COMMITTED to nurturing and protecting the well-being of all Africans and people of African Origin across the continents.

“Convinced that it is the inalienable right of all people to control their own destiny, Conscious of the fact that freedom, equality, justice and dignity are essential objectives for the achievement of the legitimate aspirations of the African peoples, Conscious of our responsibility to harness the natural and human resources of our continent for the total advancement of our peoples in all spheres of human endeavor” OAU Charter, Addis Ababa, 25^th May 1963

HEREBY DRAW the attention of the African Union to the following:

1. CHINA Government is responsible for COVID-19 Impacts on our falling economies.

1.1 THAT, we as Pan Africans demands that the  astronomical exhobitant China Foreign Debts owed by African Countries be immediately cancelled and waived to compensate for 3 years damage and loss to our economies, social and political spheres due to Covid.

1.2 THAT, most African Countries leaders and politicians collected China Debts without consultation from their respective citizens, that unmanaged foreign debts are a new neo-colonization strategy

1.3 THAT, China is arm-twisting and carjoling African Governments into submission on matters to do with, attaching loans on countries strategic national assets, security apparatus and personnel, education curriculum which will be dependent on Chinese electronics and gadgets coupled with harvesting of African School Children country braindrain.

2. BREXIT

2.1 THAT, following Brexit, British Government is reviewing and reviving its loathsome Colonial treaties and forcefully pushing 54 African countries through parliament to accede to their demands, i.e 1929 Egypt and Britain River Nile Treaty, Lake Magadi Treaty (Managed by TATA Company) (Ethiopia Reneinssance Dam- Tigray War)

 2.2 THAT, most African governments and its citizens are suffering as a result of exhorbitant and extortionist Marine and Shipping Routes Taxation on crude oil commodities destined for Africa continent.

2.3 THAT, Most African National Airlines are bailed each and every year by tax payers monies mainly due to colonial Airspace Flight and Routes Charges/Taxation,.

3.  NEVER ENDING WAR IN AFRICA

 3.1 THAT, most of African Countries with a straight line border, or an African country with mineral is experiencing a man-made conflict with itself or its neighbours.

3.2 THAT, Commonwealth countries Coups or life time Presidency are supported and spearheaded on Europe-Commonwealth interests.

 3.3 THAT, the war in African Countries is mainly due to its 1960s Colonial powers exit strategy and its soft power underhand dealings, refugee camps and never ending instabilities in countries rich on minerals, crude oil.

3.4 THAT, there exists indeginious communities in Africa right to live in harmony with nature being violated by various governments, endorois in Mt Elgon- Kenya, Maasai in Serengeti-Tanzania,

3.5 THAT, almost  all African countries are 95% dependent on Agriculture  and their governments have been sabortaged since 1970 from establishing fertilizers factories, causing dependence on foreign companies on their terms and conditions.

3.6 THAT, Africa has been turned into a dumping site of old, equipments, clothings, foods and confectionaries at the expense of our own factories.

4: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES RIGHTS.

4.1 THAT, African highlands, wetlands and Airspaces/Skies are being patented under the guise of Reduced Emission Deforestation and Degradation (REDD+)

4.2 THAT, our indeginious seeds i.e maize, sorghum, millet, wheat, rice has been patented and multinationals companies claiming ownership.

We attest THAT, none of the above issues raised in this Petition is pending in any court of Law, Constitutional or any other legal body.

5. NATIONALIZING KISWAHILI LANGUANGE IN ALL 54 COUNTRIES.

In five years each and every country should have mechanism and institutionalized use and communication of Kiswahili

WHEREFORE, your humble petitioners pray that the African Union reach out to European Union

1. Institute an International Court of Justice case against China Government demanding Covid 19 reparation and forfeiture of its debts on all African Countries.

2. Demand that any future renewal of any bilateral or Multilateral Colonial Treaty must be acceded and ratified by respective African Economic Blocs-SADC, EAC, ECOWAS.

3. We demand collective withdrawal of all African Countries from Commonwealth entity to pave way for historical slave trade, reparation and restitutions.

4. Demand establishment of local fertilizers producing factories in respective Economic Bloc.

5. Mainstream effective Public Participation Laws and review of all African Colonial Countries Constitutional dispensation.

6. That all African Governments MUST take stock and publish foreign debts accrued since 1945 onwards.

7. We call out on any IP and Patented against African Airspace and Skies by Multinational Companies.
